• Li Zheng

    Chief Executive Officer

    Mr. Zheng Li joined the company as Chief Executive Officer on September 9, 2019. He was appointed as a Director of the Board for JCET and certain subsidiaries of the Company on September 26, 2019. Mr. Zheng received his master’s degree in Financial Economic Management from the University of Tokyo. He has over 30 years of experience working in IC companies in the United States, Japan, Europe, and China. Prior to joining JCET, Mr. Zheng served as Global Senior Vice President of NXP, President of NXP Greater China, and CEO of Renesas Greater China and other senior management positions. Currently, He also serves as SEMI International Board Director. Mr. Zheng is recognized by the 2023 Forbes China Best CEOs List.

  • Hongwei Luo

    Executive Vice President

    Mr. Luo Hongwei was appointed Executive Vice President of JCET on April 21, 2016. He later became a Board of Director of the company and certain subsidiaries on May 17, 2019. Mr. Luo Hongwei has been deeply involved in the semiconductor packaging and testing industry for over 30 years. Over the years he has led purchasing, sales, manufacturing, operations, and other departments of the company accumulating rich and hands-on experience in the Chinese semiconductor industry.

  • Yang Xu

    Chief Financial Officer

    Mr. Xu Yang was appointed Chief Financial Officer of JCET Group on April 25, 2023. Prior to joining JCET, Mr. Xu held a number of senior management positions at leading multinational high-tech companies, including Cisco Systems, Naspers Group, and Dell. His tenure at these organizations included notable roles such as CFO Greater China, CFO Global E-commerce Business Unit, and General Manager for the new sales channel. He has extensive experience with business acumen, strategic thinking, robust financial planning, and management. Mr. Xu earned his MBA degree from the William E. Simon Graduate School of Business at the University of Rochester, with a dual concentration in finance and corporate accounting. He is also a CFA charter holder.

  • Kevin Kong

    Senior Vice President, Legal

    Mr. Kevin Kong joined JCET as Senior Vice President on August 10, 2020, managing legal, compliance, and intellectual property matters, and is a director of a subsidiary of JCET. Mr. Kong earned his J.D. from Cornell University and his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Columbia University. He is a member of the New York Bar and has over 20 years of experience in legal services for multinational companies. Mr. Kevin Kong has a wealth of experience in multinational law, compliance, and intellectual property rights. He has served as general counsel and other management positions in many public companies in the semiconductor industry including ASAT Holdings and Spreadtrum Communications.

  • Jessica Wang

    Senior Vice President ,Human Resources

    Ms. Jessica Wang joined JCET on October 18, 2021, as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources. With over 20 years of experience in HR prior to joining JCET, Ms. Wang held various senior HR positions for global top 500 multinational companies as their Asia and China head of HR, as well as for a China group corporation as HRVP. Ms. Wang has a proven track record in organizational culture development, talent motivation and growth, and leadership enhancements. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and a master's certificate in Practical Psychology from East China Normal University. Additionally, she is currently enrolled in the Global Doctorate in Business Administration Program at Emlyon Business School.

  • Swaminath Prasad

    Senior Vice President, International Sales

    Mr. Swaminath Prasad was appointed as Senior Vice President of International Sales at JCET Group on November 1st, 2023. Mr. Swaminath has been a valued member of JCET and STATS ChipPAC since 1999. He possesses a wealth of management experience gained in JCET’s Global Sales, Customer Support and Business Operations functions, with expertise in strategic business development, market exploration, fostering employee engagement and driving business growth. He earned his Master’s degree in Systems Science and Industrial Engineering from SUNY Binghamton, and supplemented his education with a management training program at Tuck Executive Education at Dartmouth.
